Magic Kingdom Tours

 

General Tour Information

Reservations are required for most tours. Call 1-407-939-8687 between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends and holidays. A credit card will be needed for the reservation to be accepted. For the majority of tours, park admission is also necessary. Cancellations are required 48 hours in advance of the tour for a full refund.

Many of the tours require a great deal of walking outdoors. If you are a guest with special needs, make an enquiry when you call for compatibility.

It’s a good idea to take along a photo ID for checking in to the tour and some tours may require you to do so.

Prices can change without notice so please be sure to confirm all rates directly with WDW before planning your trip.

Price: $84 per person, includes tax. (ages 16 and up) Theme park admission not required.

Tour Length: 3 to 3.5 hours

Age restrictions: Guests must be at least 16 years old and carry government-issued photo identification.

Every winter, Walt Disney World Resort is adorned with one of the most impressive collections of holiday trimmings on earth. Be taken backstage, to places seldom seen by Guests. Visit Holiday Services, a veritable winter wonderland, and meet the Cast Members who create thousands of decorations used to dress up Disney Theme Parks and Resorts.

Explore Epcot theme park, where the profusion of holiday celebrations spans the globe from pavilion to pavilion. Go from Christmasfest in Germany, to Italy for the legend of La Befana. Take in Hanukkah and Kwanzaa at The American Adventure and the New Year festival, O-Shogatsu, in Japan.

On Main Street, U.S.A. in Magic Kingdom theme park, get an up-close look at the boughs and bells of the traditional Christmas decorations. And before you leave the tour, visit a Disney Resort hotel, cleverly dressed up in holiday finery.

Price: $25 per person, includes tax. This does not include admission to Magic Kingdom

Time & Date: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays @ 9am

Tour Length: 2 hours

Age restrictions: All guests are welcome, however this tour is best for guests at least 10 years of age

Discounts Available: AP, AAA, DVC, Disney Visa

Additional Information: Much of this tour is outdoors so don’t forget hats and sunscreen, and be sure to wear comfortable shoes. Arrive at least 15 minutes before the tpour starts.

steamboatwillieTravel throughout the Magic Kingdom Park as you weave your way through an enchanting timeline that chronicles the fascinating history of the world’s most famous cartoon mouse. From a doodle on Walt Disney’s notepad to the classic Steamboat Willie cartoon through the magical experience of Mickey’s PhilharMagic. This tour traces the creation and career of Mickey Mouse.  Learn all about Mickey’s development and achievements throughout the years. This is a magical adventure all about the mouse that started it all. This fascinating journey spans the creation and illustrious career of Mickey Mouse.

Along the way, your tour guide will point out fascinating details about Mickey and his pal Walt—including many of the clever Hidden Mickeys placed all over Walt Disney World Resort.

And who knows, this is Magic Kingdom theme park, perhaps you’ll run into a few of the Disney Theme Park’s famous inhabitants.

This tour starts at the Tour Garden adjacent to City Hall.

Price: $60 per person, includes tax. This does not include admission to Magic Kingdom

Time & Date: Daily @ 8.30am, 9.00am, and 9.30am

Tour Length: 4.5 – 5 hours

Age restrictions: 16 years and older

Discounts Available: AP, AAA, DVC, Disney Visa

Additional Information: Much of this tour is outdoors, so don’t forget hats, sunglasses and sunscreen. This is a walking programme, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes. Arrive at least 15 minutes before the tour starts. Lunch at Columbia Harbour House is included. Guests are required to have a photo ID in their possession during the programme. Large bags and cameras are not permitted on this tour.
