A printable_guide for rider safety and guests with disabilities. This guide covers services for the deaf and hard of hearing, guests with wheelchairs, service animals, oxygen tanks and more. This is a very handy guide and covers both Universal Studios and Islands Of Adventure.
For guests who are deaf or hard of hearing, Telecommunication Devices for the Deaf (TDDs) are located at the Guest Services Office and Health Services. Pay telephones with amplification devices are located throughout the park.
Guests must provide food and return periodically to walk their pet(s). Upon arrival to the parking garage, ask the toll-plaza attendant for directions to the Studio Kennel.
The locations are as follows:
1) Universal Studios Florida at the park entrance to the right of the Guest Services window.
2) Universal Studios Florida near the Jaws ride in the Amity area of the theme park.
3) Universal Studios Florida near the Vacation Services area.
POLICIES AND RESTRICTIONS
There are currently 12 smoking areas at Universal Studios for guest’s convenience. All other areas outside of these designated smoking areas are smoke free.
The following are additional items that are not permitted: any type of weapon, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, large duffle bags, folding chairs, and large umbrellas.
