At that time of morning your best bet, assuming you do not have your own transport, may be a Taxi. However, you may be able to get from the CBR to MK and then catch the launch to WL. I would check at my resort for more details.

I would not rely on WDW transport at that time of day. If (as seems likely) you won't have your own car, then as suggested above, I'd take a cab which (if there aren't any waiting outside the lobby) the desk can call for you.
