Well, I'm not really familiar with what you like to eat, but we'll definitely be in France after the escargot in petite brioche.

We usually check out what Ireland has to offer, and India and Morocco.

It really is a matter of what you prefer, eh? :D :D

True enough! I'm going to have to carefully analyse the list :D

Keith, will you have the dining plan? If so, save your credits to use at the F&WF.

I wonder if I would like the escargot? I've never had it, but I'm adventurous!

Do you like butter? Do you like garlic? Do you like biggish button mushrooms? Do you like brioche?

Then you'll like escargot done in the petite brioche. They taste only like whatever you put on them (butter and garlic in this case, with a bit of parsley) and have the texture of a button mushroom (whole).

What's not to like? :D :D

I love everything but the mushrooms......

Then you won't like escargot. It is definitely a textural thing. It is exactly like biting into a cooked whole button mushroom.

 hmmm I don't know if I have texture issues......I don't like chewy seafood at all.
