Or did I hear that with Virgin Holidays you can book, pay a deposit and then pay the balance in equal payments by direct debit until just before you leave. Almost like a payment scheme if you like.

you can pay it off as much as you like i think claire with VH. VA is full fare up front if flights are bought direct, or you can pay a deposit and pay 8-12 weeks out thru a third party for VA flights :D

yesits like ukwdwnut says they dont care how you pay as long as by the payment due date youve paid it all off. So you can pay in as many bits as you like before that date

You can do that, we have people paying off £50 here, £100 there, so it is not a problem. We take £75 deposit for Virgin flights

Yes you can set up direct debit. We do everytime, making a weekly(or monthly if you prefer) payment which when you get to 8 weeks before the holiday is paid. Breaks it down into easier payments. Yes, you could just put the money into a savings account....but I would dip into it. Works really well for us and one of the main reasons I book with VH :) You can amend amounts and cancel at any time

So could we book everything separately with yourself? Flights, car etc?
