I like France for the pastry shop and Canada for the CM's and Italy for Sergio the entertainer :D
We all seem to like Japan best. Dd is a manga/anime freak so we could roam around the shop for ever. I lke to watch Miyuki and her sugar artistry as well as the Japanese drums.

Japan and China for the shops. France and Norway for the pastries
For obvious reasons Japan! And we truly love the UK area, it's so peaceful.
Too hard! Too hard! I can't choose just one!
I can tell you though that the America pavilion is my least favorite. :(

Hard for me to choose too as there is usually something in each country that I can't miss each visit.
I actually like the UK....love just hanging around listening to British Invasion. I even like going to the shops and stepping back in horror at the price of a Mars Bar!!
