ticket place at downtown disney

can anyone tell me where the ticket place at downtown disney is where we will be able to get our annual passes exchanged for the printed voucher is?

I believe you can do that at Guest Services. It's in the building that used to house the air brush t-shirts... it's between Team Mickey and the photo pass/princess photo place. There are signs for it. :yes:
