Last time we went to a place called premium mall outlets I think but other people seem to get much better prices at other places. Any suggestions???
What sorts of cheap clothes? Ross and Marshall's are usually good sources for inexpensive clothes, but they don't always have a good selection.
Old Navy is usually pretty inexpensive too.
I'm not a huge fan of Premium Outlets but many folks do like them.

There is always Walmart. And I would think there would be a Target around there somewhere.
I guess it depends how you define cheap.
We're from the UK and Premium Outlets is our favourite. Especially for trainers and childrens clothes.
Lake Buena Vista can be a great place to visit. Sometimes it's not so great, but then that's the case with any off market shop. It all depends upon the time you visit them...

We went to The Loop last year and the Old Navy Store impressed us pricewise.

I'm not sure if at the outlet malls in the area if there is a Vanity Fair outlet store but they have some really, really good deals on clothing for everyone from baby to dad. And everything you could need from socks & bras to billfolds & sunglasses. I love the place.
