Hi guys trying to send email with 3 attatchments from macbook but the person can not open. I scanned in attatchments. Any ides. I am guessing they may not have mac. Its for Beth parking permit

ok well .tif is a well known format but people these days are used to .jpg .gif or .png

If you want to throw them over here I'll try and convert them and send them back?

or if you have them in apple preview or another app, you could try SAVE AS and try and save them as say, file1.jpg file2.jpg

scan it again and use a .jgp .jpeg michelle :)

If the person receiving the .tif file has an image viewer, the can then use that to open it too (for future reference). We use .tif for faxes all the time for work and many people who click on them and can't open them think all is lost but that's not the case.

Good that you worked it out!
