According to the Orlando Sentinel, 25,000 hourly Walt Disney World employees are going to be receiving raises.
The unionised employees will see raises from four to five percent.
Raises will be given at the end of the year to 4,000 tipped employees. It is estimated that these raises will cost the company between $15 million and $20 million dollars.
