The "Reader's Digest Condensed Version" of the story is that while at Disney Studios last August, I had a rather unfortunate and unacceptable experience with a Cast Member while at the AI attraction. Afterwards, I went to customer service and spoke to a manager who, once again, proved that Disney can and often still does put guest satisfaction foremost. I know that some of our members have had quite unfortunate experiences and oftentimes have still left unsatisfied, however this particular manager went above and beyond what was necessary and truly exemplifies the Disney experience.
