Give 2 9-year-old boys a pot of brushes and a paint palette and ask them to clean them in the sink and you will end up with 2 school shirts drying on the radiator.

Give 2 9-year-old children a paintbrush and paint and they will argue over who's painting what and end up painting each other violently.

Gotta love year 5 art lessons. :rotfl:

And somehow I'm covered in red paint and I was on the green and yellow table.

Cheer up!

Could be worse (or better)...

Don't let them see this!

One of my favourite jobs at the end of the week was to top up the paint powder in reception. I used to create clouds of red, yellow, blue etc!

LOL! Painting! What fun. We used to wear our Da's (worn out) white dress shirts backwards over our clothes for a smock when painting (at school). Don't children wear smocks now? (Says Tink the Aged). :D

The younger ones wear aprons but year 5 are allowed to prove to us that they are mature enough not to need them.
