4 Hours worth of exposures to get my best Andromeda yet - I know it must be a little tedious seeing the same subject again and again - I will put of 2 of these as they look different on different monitor - one is bang on on my laptop yet looks far to light and noisy on the PC.
Andromeda again M31 2.8 million light years away with her 2 orbiting galaxies a huge Galaxy that you can see from a dark place with the naked eye if you know where to look.
Click the bar at the top to make it bigger ( these are still 45 percent of the original! thats how big this thing is)

and sl darker if it looks over exposed

And the 2 hours on M33 the pinwheel Galaxy - harder smaller target and unfortunately due to some technical problems is far too noisy for my liking

Now I post pictures on here of Nebulae which are large clouds of gas that are star forming regions and as they are usually made of hydrogen are a bright red colour - all the ones I have posted are obviously in our galaxy - the milky way - like the pac man and the orion and the North American etc.
What you can see in this pic if you look is that I have managed to get at least 2 nebulae in this distant galaxy and the one top right even has some structure - so thats my first nebula in a different galaxy
