where can we pick up party will call tickets?

On the website it said pick them up at any theme park sales location so can I get them from the front desk of the hotel or must it be in a park?

There are "will call" collection points at the entrance to all of the parks and these are easy to find.
Dunno about getting them from your resort though. :unsure:

Hmmm, i'm thinking you cannot at the resorts but I could be wrong or perhaps they've changed it & now you can. The 'will call' pick up windows are easily visible at the entrance of all parks tho.

We ordered ours online and chose the will call option. You couldn't pick them up at the resort, but you could pick them up pretty much anywhere else. Be prepared they *did* ask for my confirmation number and my id.
