We are booked for the CP with a meal package. I was given a reservation number over the phone.
Do I need to go to GR on the day as we enter the park to pick up a ticket of some sort? Our meal is before the CP.

No, Diane. We just got back from doing this. When you go to eat they will verify when you check-in that you are paying for the package. They will charge you and when you pay the bill they give you stickers to wear that has the time of the show you are to attend. You will show those stickers in the queue to get into CP.
Have fun!! It was great!

Yep, that is exactly what we did.
However, if you go to Biergarten, run far away from Stefan. He got our thing all screwed up but it was eventually straightened out. CP was AWESOME!!

I hope she is :D
We saw CP about 4 years back and it was Steven Curtis Chapman who I had never heard of.
Johnie....our package is at Biergarten. Can we request end seats for the two of us?

 we requested end seats so they sat us first. I also requested a table on the same floor as the buffet since mom has so many issues with steps. They gave us both

Thank you.
Does everyone get seated for the same time  How many folk are there per table?

If everyone is there, they are usually seated at the same time. We have been seated several times when others were already there. I think the table seats 8 people.
Don't get worried, you don't have to talk to people if you don't want to. Just a friendly smile will be fine

I love Biergarten but I hate the awkwardness of sitting with people you don't know. But truth be told, we've chatted with some really nice folks during our meals here & it's ended up being quite pleasant. I think it's just the initial breaking the ice period, lol.
Even we, who seize up at the thought of speaking with strangers, enjoy dining at the Biergarten. Now, I didn't say we interacted with the strangers at the table, but we've never had a bad time.
There was the time when a woman at the table thought the dumplings were potatoes... That was hard to keep a straight face through, but bad time? Nope.

I think I've told this story before but here goes again anyway:tongue:
We had reservations at Biergarten once a couple years back & as we were strolling there this guy walks past us, completely alone & talking to himself. And as he's doing this he's taking his camera & every so often just randomly holding it up in the air & snapping a picture....not stopping the walk...or the talking...or even looking at what he's taking a picture of. Let's just say it was a tad odd. So we get to Biergarten & get checked in & they call us up & take us to our table. Who is sitting there but weird camera dude! I immediately said to the lady as quietly as I could 'can we please get another table'. Luckily she just said ok & did it without question but omg, I was not going to sit at the table with this guy!
