It is lovely isn't it. Just been walking the dog and almost walked into a lamp post because I was admiring the moon.

Wouldn't be the first time I've done that either. :sorry:

:) I am just gobsmacked that people are still interested - it was so nice last night just to sit and look at stuff through the binoculars again after sooooo long

Mars is getting very bright now it shines spectacularly from the East at about 9 ish

I still haven't seen Mars. :sigh:

And we are totally into it still. Walks in Devon are much more interesting now. Dog walking proves pleasantly painful. :D And Steven's yeargroup have Space as their topic this term and I think his head may just about explode with excitement. He's doing a presentation on Saturn with some very special photos in it.

Oh and I was chatting to a teacher today who was amazed that you can see Jupiter from your back garden and she's going to have a look.

Thomas did a powerpoint of my pics when they did space and they wanted me to go in but I couldn't :sigh: I'd love to do that

They had Mr Starman in today. Big inflatable dome in the hall and all the kids crawl in and he projects the universe on to the inside - like a portable planetarium. The kids loved it. And secretly the teachers did too.

I wasn't allowed in. :(

the weather so far this year has been appalling and there really hasn't been any opportunity to get out although the will is definitely still there.
