When I dug the massive hole in my garden to make a new greenhouse base, the earth from the hole got piled in a big mound at the end of the garden. I went down there today to have a look as we're planning on clearing that area this summer and a fox has made its home in my pile of dirt.

Now I have to leave it until any cubs have left the den. At least September.

Oh well, saves me a job.

Wondered where that fox kept appearing from as well.

This fox? Is it as cunning as a fox what used to be Professor of Cunning at Oxford University but has moved on, and is now working for the UN at the High Commission of International Cunning Planning?

Blackadder goes forth ? :D

A point to Chris!

Blackadder: Baldrick, I have a very, very, very cunning plan.
Baldrick: Is it as cunning as a fox what used to be Professor of Cunning at Oxford University but has moved on, and is now working for the UN at the High Commission of International Cunning Planning?
Blackadder: Yes, it is.
Baldrick: Mm... That's cunning!

ah no, it's so cunning you could put a tail on it and call it a fox!

I have to take a photo of my hole?

The fox has actually wandered up and looked through our patio doors a couple of times. Me and Steven were sat watching it one evening while our protective dog slept on the sofa.

Oh I love foxes, we have only seen one in our garden since we moved and I do miss the family of foxes from our old flat.

So Willow doesn't go nuts barking with a fox on the premises? Huh!

I love foxes too, but if you see them here during the day, the chances are that the poor thing is rabid. :( There's a quarantine one county over due to rabies in racoons, and if they have it, foxes are sure to follow. Although, there aren't many foxes here in Florida. More in the northeast.
