:clockwatch:Well, it's 10:30pm and while I should be working on my last two reports for work, I have decided to make out my pre-trip report.
As many of you know I will be moving soon to IL and who knows when I will get back to WDW. Combining that with a rough two years of school (I am now a proud owner of a Master's degree, will be finishing school in IL) I have decided to go out with a bang.
I thought about staying at the CS, as i had previously enjoyed the resort and the lovely hammock, but then with my resident annual pass I was told that I could get a lovely deal on a court yard room at the WL. Now, how could I pass that up, I've wanted to stay at the WL for the past 5 years, as it is my dream resort. :bounce022: So, with some hesitation I said okay and whipped out my CC.
Literally after I return I would have had 5 days before my furniture was picked up and maybe that day I would have had to hand over my car for shipment. I wasn't happy about arriving home and worrying about handing my car over so soon, so after some calling I re-arranged my days and will be arriving at the WL a day earlier and leaving a day earlier.
So here's the plan:
Arrive at WL villa for one night on the 26th
Switch to WL from 27th and check out on the 30th.
I have requested a king size bed as why would I need two queen, it's just me and I like loads of room. And I was also informed that with a courtyard view I will have a balcony. This couldn't get any better. :sigs-cartoon-005:
On the 25th I will be dropping off Arthur at the kennel, which is also the vets. I hope his leg will be close to healing by then and that I will have recieved good news. :n045::fingers:
I'm very excited as two of my girlfriends from school are planning on visiting my first day there. I've never been to WDW with friends, this should be exciting. We have plans to visit MK. I will actually be leaving my house on the 26th between 530am and 6am, so I will be arriving nice and early.
I've never driven to the WL and have printed out instructions. Wish me luck on getting there. I don't like driving places I've never been. :driving:
Also, by the time I leave I will need to have packed pretty much everything, so between now and then, Arthur has surgery, I need to pack my entire house, pack for my trip, and finish work stuff. :shocked025:
Here's the overall plan:
26th: visit MK with my friends :z5:
27th: possibly go to DTD and watch Dark Knight, find a watch at the Disney store and then head back to MK for EMH pm, it's open till 2am. I might need a nap before I head back.
28th: Head to DHS
29th: Enjoy Epcot
30th: Check out and head back.
I plan to enjoy plenty of ice cream bars and strawberry diaquiris. :champers1: I know it will be hot and crowded :tongue1:but it's WDW so WHO CARES??
Hope this was an efficient pre-trip report. :D
