Hello all....just joined...we are going to WDW in August...it will be our 5th visit...and the first time it will be "just us"...soooooo can't wait...looking forward to geting to know you all :wave:

I'm from Cannock in Staffordshire, England.
We've never been in August before. I'm staying at Port Orleans on the Riverside...anyone stayed there?
My holiday will be go go go....we just don't stop...
I'm so excited its been 3 years since we were last there and I miss the place sooooo much x

We go every simmer and it's very hot and humid with rain most afternoons but it doesn't usually last long but can absolutely pour down.

It's still great though :yes:

I've been in September which sounds similar!...ohhh sooo excited!!

Yes it is similar except the parks are much quieter - if we didn't have to go in school holidays I'd go in September but until then we're stuck with end July, Aug and early Sept so our flights are always a fortune :thumbsdown:

If you've been in September then you'll be ok in August, but it will be a bit warmer and a bit more humid. August is probably the most hot and humid month. :yes:

My DW and I were born in Stoke-on-Trent but now live in Stone [near to Stafford], around 20 miles from Cannock. :wave:
