I believe it's much later in the season next year (the 24th of April) but let me verify it.

Schools break at different times, hence the term "spring break." They start before Easter and run through that holiday and out the other side. :)

Yep, Easter Sunday is April 24th in the year 2011.

That's a bit early, but some of the Unis might be out. The younger kids mostly won't have their break until the week before and week of, or just the week of (sometimes they get two weeks, and some don't).

Colleges and Universities are on a different schedule and take longer breaks. Spring break can encompass three weeks or sometimes four, depending on whether the school has trimesters or semesters.

So, all that to say the 3rd of April should see you missing the heavy crush of Easter, but you may have some higher attendance than normal.

You're welcome! :hug2:

Where are you planning on staying? :9:

I hope the weather is beautiful for you. It's been a long and very strange (read cold) winter here. Saturday was beautiful, yesterday was terrible...

Hawthorne... I think that is a Wyndham property? Not sure.

The Flower and Garden Festival is pretty, that's for sure! Sure do wish they'd go back to the Food Among the Flowers Brunch. That was a really nice option and we loved it back in the day.

Then they moved it to just Mother's Day weekend and it wasn't so great. :sigh: Now they don't do it at all.

We thoroughly enjoyed that brunch one Mother's Day. Unfortunately the day turned to to be MUCH warmer than we expected in May and the heat really got to us.
