Vegetarian options at Teppan Edo?

have booked for august :wiggle::wiggle: but dinner guest will be a veggie :( boo any veg options or do i need to rebook something :nono:

There is a veggie option for each part of their menu;
Starters/Soups/Salads:
Edamame - Young soybean pods. - $4.50
Garden Salad - Mixed greens, tomato, asparagus, and seasonal vegetables. Choice of dressing: Ginger, Creamy Sesame, or Oriental. - $5.95
Miso Soup - Soybean Soup - $3.00
Mains
Yasi - Seasonal vegetables, Udon noodles, and steamed rice - $16.00
Deserts
Chocolate Ginger Cake - Chocolate ginger cake. - $5.95
Green Tea Pudding - Green tea pudding. - $6.50
Soft Served Ice Cream - Soft served ice cream. - $4.50


I reccomend the edamame beans :yes: never had them in Teppan Edo but have in other place and I love them :yes:

Also, if you let the restaurant know ahead of time (24 hours is customary) they will be sure to have some options on hand.

Tofu is always doable, as is tempeh, and the like. Those ingredients can be on hand if the restaurant is given notice. :yes:

And I agree. Edamame are wonderful. :yes:
