largest villa size?

To those who stay in villas, which is the largest size? we have a party of 10 is that too large for any villa?

a 5bed will accommodate 10 PP i've seen up to 7beds i think.

stayed in a 5bed last trip in oct 08 advertiser on here actually

2x master beds
3x twin singles

Some 4 bed owners sleep up to 10 - we are licensed for 10 but I don't take parties of 10 due to wear and tear but lots of 4 bed owners do take up to 10

5 bed owners are licensed for up to 12 guests
