Florida guide book

Is this guide (The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World) any good?

I've only ever used Birnbaum's so I'm not sure. Books are nice for some major categories of information, but things change so fast (particularly in this economy) that it's hard to capture it all in any book.

What sort of information were you looking to have in a book format?

i love the wdw passporter :) its been a while since i bought the one you mention so not sure :)

Another vote for the PassPorter (http://www.passporter.com/)!

I like it the best of any I've found although the Unofficial is rumored to be good also.

I really like the unofficial guide Jeff its not usually very fluffy it tells it as it is which I find refreshing and useful

The above are both very good, detailed books.

i started off with the unofficial guide and liked the layout. I will buy the latest one in about 6 months :thumbsup:

I usually buy the unofficial guide every few years and the wife will buy the passporter before each trip.The passporter has a section where you answer questions about your day in WDW (Best memory,worst,funniest,magic moment etc.)so that when you pick up the book months later you can have some laughs and smiles remembering the trip. If you have to choose one my pick would be the passporter but I say buy them both.

Birnbaums for me too :D although the unofficial guide was pretty good for stuff outside of Disney
