Somebody remind me what "the juice" is called at Boma? and then tell me how to make it at home!!!

I do believe it's called West African Frunch...a combination of lemonade, pineapple juice, guava juice, orange juice, and papaya juice

After a quick search...I came up with this recipe:

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups mango juice
1/2 cup pineapple concentrate, thawed
1/2 cup lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 cups fresh orange juice
3 cups water
4 Tablespoons grenadine

Method:

Mix all ingredients together. Serve over ice in a tall glass. Serves 8.

It answers to Frunch or Jungle Juice :lol: It's the best, we get through gallons of it each time :D
