View Full Version : The official pre-trip report part deux
I may be starting to get a little teensy bit excited.
I went out today to buy Steven's birthday presents and also bought some holiday clothes. :mental:
We all have passports now so I can do the ESTA stuff. I do that yes? Who does the API stuff - me again?
All the bits and pieces stuff is booked and paid for. Just the flights and car hire that needs paying by 70 days out.
I think I may be going to Disney World. Where's the Wall E planning notebook. I need lists.

have you got the cases out yet though :)
Not actually out but have been discussing with Adrian the possibility of us cramming our stuff into 1 case on the way out and taking 2 empties with us.
Need to confirm with travel agent exactly what our baggage allowance is.

lloyds pharmacy has buy one get one free on suncare at the moment
Thanks, will check that out. We normally use Tesco stuff but they don't do a waterproof version.

we always ued no ad ( ) I think it was called it didn't make the kids explode into rashes and was dead cheap as they didn't do any adveritising - haven't seen it for a while now.
The boys loved the waterparks sooooo much , ours preferred Blizzard beach, which was lucky as it was the only one open
The holiday planning DVD's are banned at the moment :nono: as Matthews head would virtually come off with yearning. We had a major hissy last night because I told him we weren't going to adopt an Amur leopard.
So excited for you
Do you have a countdown anywhere in the house - we usually have one chalked up somewhere in a mickey head and the boys take turns at dropping it down each day - like the ultimate advent calendar

Mine was on scifi channel.....only £3 per month.....
It's polar bear adoption drive in our house. :sigh:
Think I'm going with this one. Not the cheapest but will give 3 hours water resistance so won't have to stop Steven every hour to lather him up again.

We always have to buy a tinyone first as both the boys seeem to react to suncream , after 2 days in tenerife with a supposed kids suncream Matthews face had ballooned - poor kid
I'll test Steven before we go. He's fine with the Tesco brand but they don't do a water resistant one.
Took Steven and Harry to an indoor play centre yesterday. While they were off playing me and Nanny Lesley sat planning itineraries. :mental:

Hmn be careful Soltan stains whites yellow :( so no wearing good t shirts with that one on. Plus it can be itchy if you're a wee bit sensitive. One of my kids is super sensitive to suncreams and unfortunately the ONLY one she can wear on her face is Piz Buin, yep the expensive one :( All others make her itch.
