if the latest version and it's all legit then yes, if it's a previous version (and all legit) then see how much the upgrade will cost before buying because the upgrade pricing isnt GREAT usually and I suspect you'd find it would be as cost effective to buy the latest straight off.

hmmmm I wouldnt go for v7 to be honest, 8 is a lot more useful
