How Busy Is Disney In Early May?

Hey folks,

We are off to Orlando for 15 days arriving on 30th April and have heard that this is one of the best times to go as it is "quiet" being after Easter and before Summer. Can anyone shed any light on this for us and how busy it will actually be. Went over Easter a couple years ago and longest I queued then was 60 mins for Expedition Everest so didn't think it was that bad.

It's a lovely time of the year to go. It is not as busy as other times, as you've discovered with your research.

I can't give you queue times, but can tell you the weather should be lovely, and the attendance not unusually high as the majority of children are still in school. Unis and colleges will have started to let out for recess, but that's a fraction of the number of students in this country.

You'll have a great time. Crowds should be low. Weather is starting to warm up (it's supposed to be 90 degrees by next weekend).
