Hmmm... not sure. The Apple Store on Fifth Avenue in NY is probably the most premier Apple Store in the US. If any store was going to have stock on these things, I'd think it would be that one.

Here's hoping they've got one for you! :fingers:

At the moment, if you register your interest at the store, and SOME will let you do it over the phone, others wont, they're getting the reservations in store in about 5 days or less :)

The white flowered and the tiny pink 'field bindweed' variety  In moderation. 'Black' bindweed has Halucogenic properties and is quite high in oxalics too which will inhibit the uptake of calcium.

If I had a tortoise the temptation to use iMovies to make a Ray Harryhausan type movie would be too overwhelming.

see the lego people run from KYLIE

A tortoise found it's way into our garden last year and he stayed with us for 4 weeks - we havd to borrow a old rabbit hutch to keep him in as we had no idea where he had come from.

We named him Speedy as he was waaay quicker than we imagined!!

I spoke to my next door neighbour and she had no idea where it belonged so we just kept him. One day our next door but one neighbour knocked and said - " I think you have George our tortoise" they had been to Spain for 6 weeks and he was hibernating when they left and had woken up and gone awol :eek3:

He got back to us twice that year but we've not seen him since - maybe they barricaded their garden.

Exactly what we called the tortoise that found it's way into our back garden (going back 20 years now though!)
The sad thing was, we knew that was his name because someone had painted SPEEDY in white gloss paint onto his shell :argue:

when we moved into our house in 1973 the prevoius owners had a tortoise named Speedy.....guess what, it was also painted white on his shell

:sigh: A little bit of tip-ex or nail varnish is fine to mark a tortoise but when people use gloss emulsion or other paints it's really bad :sigh: Their shells are full of pores and using white is terrible because they purposely have dark shells to allow them to absorb heat much better, using white reflects it and it takes much longer for them to warm up
