what time do menus swap from lunch to dinner?

Ive noticed that the menus change at a certain time at the disney diners and the price goes up as well, is it the same time at every place?

Generally speaking, but not always. Some switch at 3:00 and others not until 4:00. Some full service restaurants don't open until 5:00.

House of Blues doesn't change at all. Same menu, same price regardless of time of day. (With the exception of the Sunday brunch).
