right...

It done, smell bit weird and I under cooked it in fear of over cooking it.

Fell apart in the middle but not too bad....

Had a quick taste it not made to be eaten hot for sure but took one small piece and allowed it to cool down....

Taste quite nice so here is the recipe guys..

100g All Bran
250ml Boiling Water
2 Eggs
6 Heaped teaspoons of drinking chocolate
1/2 cup of sweetner

1. Pour boiling water over the All Bran and mix well.

2. Add the eggs, drinking chocolate and sweetner and beat mixture until all of the ingredients thoroughly combined.

3. Pour the mixture into a 6 1/2 inch round plastic tub (suitable for microwave). Smooth the top with a flat knife or spoon. Microwave the mixture on high for 6 mins.

4. Turn the cake out onto a plate and cut into 6.

Have fun!

Another way is to replace the sugar in a cupcake with grated courgette  When it cooks it tastes sugary

Love this recipe.

Would you have any objection to me passing this recipe on to my ladies in my diet and fitness classes? I'm always looking for something new for them, of course I shall tell them my source. :wiggle:

xx
