I guess loads of people have thought of it in the past but I'd love to just move there and live there full time, is it in any way possible to go from the UK to Orlando?
Well, I don't know the first thing about immigration, but I do know there are any number of UK folks who live here.

It is very difficult for a Brit to take up residency in the US unless they marry an American, set up a business there that employs locals, or work for a US company. [Robbie Williams managed it though as apparently they are not so strict with "entertainers".]
Due to the amount of potentially militant Muslems here, the UK is apparently in a high risk catagory to the US, despite our "special relationship".

Very difficult i believe , I know several people who have property there who spend 6 months of the year thre, but for some reason emigrating there as a Brit is a hard thing to do
Well now that's just silly. :( I sure don't know why it would be more difficult for a UK citizen to immigrate than one of any other country. :(
I do know a former co-worker who immigrated from Cananda. She had a devil of a time getting through all the mess. She did marry an American, though. Not sure if that was before or after (or during) the immigration process.

That`s very true.
Our property managers are a UK couple who set up a business, employing several locals to help them look after their clients villas which totalled around 30 or so.
They have been in the US for 6 years now and it is only recently that they had the necessary paperwork to allow them to come and go as they please.
They didn`t dare leave the States at one time [even to attend a funeral] because they would be refused re-admission!

:donald: or we need to all find american partners
That happened to a sister in law of mine. She's Brasilian, and could not go home to Brasil when her father died, for fear of refusal of reentry. Can't remember if she was married to Herself's brother yet or not.

Sylvania is part of the Osram group of companies which in turn is part of the Siemens group, see this lnk
OSRAM SYLVANIA - OSRAM Worldwide (http://www.sylvania.com/AboutUs/OSRAMWorldwide/)
They make solid state lighting products apparently.
Siemens itself sponsors Spaceship Earth though and has Base 21 it's corporate lounge within the same building.
Ho now, back up a second! There is a lounge in Spaceship Earth? And I'M not invited? ;)

Ther used to be an annual pass holders lounge didn't there? Think it was closed in 2002 or something.
We were toying with the idea with applying for the green card lottery as Jon is eligible to apply but sadly if we won a place we wouldn't be able to do it with his job as he has to give a years notice and you have to be set up within 6 months or lose your place. We plan instead to go and live over there for a3-6 months at a time and rent an apartment when Jon retires.
