Only staying 2 nights!

2 days...hmm what parks are you going to? I'd probably stay someplace close to where I would want to spend the majority of my time. Will you be driving?

I dont think you can go far wrong with pop century!

Close to epcot/MGM, not too far from anywhere else. Good bus service, pretty cheap and cheerful :) nice atmosphere

That was my first thought Keith . Pop Century is a value resort on site and is very nice .

The All Stars (Sports, Music and Movies) is the other value resort. :yes: It's older than Pop Century, but still nice. There is a nice food court at each one too.

Mid range are the moderate resorts, Coronado Sprints, Caribbean Beach Resort and Riverside/Port Orleans... all are quite nice with different atmosphere for each.

But for two nights? I'd go with Pop or All Stars. :yes:

you can use any of the pools at the sister All Stars . although, if you are only going to be there for 2 days, you probably aren't too worried about the pools . My favorite is Movies . Haven't been in ages . IMHO, the food courts at the All Stars is better . Whichever value you choose is very nice & clean .

I vote for the All-Stars (or Pop). Good value. Bus transportation to the parks, food courts, gift shops, courteous and helpful staff, clean rooms.

How far are the value hotels from Magic Kingdom? I'm passed confused on where to stay and what to do!!!

with the disney transport it does not matter where you stay

So should we try and get a package with a meal plan or just pay as we go?

I personally wouldn't do a meal plan with that short of a stay. Table service meals would eat up too much of your time.

I agree with Johnie. Meal plans are more ideal for a longer stay to get the "bang for your buck". Winging it is easier since there are so many quick-serves around the parks. Also, you can go to Guest Services at the front of any park and get a reservation, if you hear of any place you really want to sit down and eat at. All of the Disney resorts have bus transport to the parks. It's very convenient. From the Values, the furthest away is probably Magic Kingdom. It's about a 10-minute ride.

I agree with most of people's comments, however i have been to both, All Stars and Pop Century, I actually preferred Pop, been there three times and loved it!

I could recommend you to plan well and be quite realistic about which rides to go on otherwise you will try and do everything and you will miss out the park experience (in the term of looking at the park itself)
