dvc maintenance points?

Can someone explain how much it'll cost after the initial payment to dvc? those payments for upkeep which I think are annual?

Do they go up every year? are they paid monthly or all in one go?

You can pay them monthly, and they are referred to as dues.

They don't always go up (annually) but they do go up.

How much it will cost depends upon the DVC that you choose. OKW has lower fees than does BLT for example.

Buying into OKW is only possible through a resale as it is sold out through Disney.
