My poor old iPad has been neglected this week because I'm re-doing my website and need to access photoshop to do so.
The iPad really has worked wonders for me, because I'm getting to the point now where I find a mouse and keyboard mundane and outdated :rotfl: I seriously could never imagine me getting so attached to this thing.

And to think... you wondered if you should even get the thing.

On the morning I was going to the trafford centre I was saying to Keith how it was funny that 6 weeks before that I was saying I didn't need one

Amazing devices and the way forward for many applications I'm sure. I keep finding new uses for it like the other day we were doing a portfolio shoot for an up and coming (totally gorgeous :) ) model and the camera was tethered to the laptop as usual. All fine, but even better this time I was trialling an iPad app which displayed the photos wirelessly as they were shot.
Not only that but we could change all the camera settings remotely from the iPad. So we could show everyone the images, mess with the settings a bit, tap fire and voila another shot appeared. It completely changed the dynamic from everyone huddled around a laptop to a much more open and airy discussion. Truly brilliant.

I think Apple missed a bet in NOT paying the Beatles a bazillion dollars to use "Revolution" as the advertising pitch song for the iPad!

Oddly enough, Apple may have a gadget for that (http://www.appleinsider.com/articles/10/07/19/mysterious_new_bluetooth_apple_product_given_fcc_a pproval.html)!
Tom (:macwave:... with apologies to the iPhone marketing guys!)
