Magical Express advice

Hi,

My travel agency have managed to book us onto Magical Express... They informed our travel agency that we do not need any documentations as the agency booked directly.

I am a bit confused about this as previously we had vouchers and luggage tags....

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Disney has not been sending the documents to people outside of the UK.

When you arrive, you just go down to baggage claim and tell the DME people you are there. They collect your bags, you get on the bus and go to the resort.

Can you just get it for the way back to the airport?

Yep, just go to the front desk and tell them you'd like to use DME and they will give you a receipt to give the bus driver.
