Not boring at all! I love these trips. So how long do you have to stay on the boat? I didn't realize you had a cabin, so at least a day I'm thinkin'. What types of amenities on there? I'm just full of questions.

Oh, and I forgot to say that I love the photos. I love looking at the coast and the houses nestled there.
Such sweet boys! I too didn't realize you had a cabin on the boat. I thought it was a quick jaunt over to Ireland!
Thank you so much for posting the photos. I love them!

The crossing takes 4 hours, we book a cabin because the crossing can be so rough, Mum has to lie down whatever the crossing is like and i wouldn't go without one - remember the year we were all very very sea sick? that's why i'll never go without one!
there's a childrens soft play area, a childrens tv area, games arcade, bar, restaurant, shop, a club class lounge, several seating areas.....
here's the ship Irish Ferries - Ferries between Britain & Ireland - Car Ferry between France & Ireland (http://www.irishferries.com/ships-inishmore.asp)
more pics to follow!

Very cool! I completely understanding booking a cabin. I would probably too. I was just taking a look at the link and there are some with a double bed in them, they're huge!

mmmm, i suspect they are on one of the other ships that have longer crossings?
They are lovely photos - the boys look like they were already loving it!

Probably. But still, to have some place to rest is awesome, especially if you get sea sick.

Many moons ago I did the France to Rosslare trip, round trip. If I remember correctly we spent 10 days in Ireland, and drove a left hand drive car (good thing I had a co-pilot). We would LOVE to go back, especially since Donna has never been there.
