Ricardo really is an incredible person isn't he? He brings such elegance and true class to his tables. :yes: The fact that he's drop dead handsome doesn't hurt either. ;)

I remember one evening last October when we were dining there with friends, Ricardo managed to do a staged "freeze frame" as I took photos of him taking orders from each person. He looked just like he might in some advertisement for the restaurant. However, in one instance, at the last possible second, he moved as if to plant a kiss on one of the people around the table! It was hilarious! We really like him and enjoy having him as our server when we dine there.
