We were told by a staff member what turkey legs are - always had doubts but the only one I ever tried about 3 years back I remember as being delicious!
Won't be going there again though

They're smoked turkey as far as I know, but there's been a consistent spoof that says they're emu

Ive always thought they tasted like ham! :unsure:I agree with you Kate. The fact that they are smoked is why. I used to love the turkey legs but always thought they had too many tendons, then they started getting better legs without so many tendons and changed the way they cooked them so they tasted even better. However, I guess folks were used to the old method and the new didn't last long. Then they went back to the more tendon legs (cheaper I guess). I don't eat them anymore because of the high sodium content.
