Gosh now that is a thought, hubby at the gym and I will be at Zumba so something quick for us all and healthy due to being on a health kick.

Also left this morning to him starting on the kitchen ceilings as having new kitchen fitted! So will definately be something quick and healthy!

I love the concept, but is it really safe for chicken to be sitting in the oven all day like that? I'm sure you've probably done it many times and maybe it is just me.

BTW, I have absolutely NO IDEA what we are having for dinner tonight.

I had some ready made puff pastry so I was going to do goats cheese tarts with red onion but when I went to roll it out, the packet was damaged and the pastry had gone all mouldy  Had to clean the whole fridge out!! :sorry:

Think I'm going to make vegetable lasagne instead.

I haven't tried their at-home marinades as I don't eat chicken and quorn doesn't marinade too well. There are two nandos and I pass them both on my way home from uni so often end up in there  They do a side of haloumi cheese that is just amazing  I went there today actually!
