Well, we've just accepted an offer on our little house and the sold sign is up on the one we hope to buy... :wiggle:
So if anyone has any spare 'good luck' lying around please would you send it my way. :overhere:
A few hugs to ward off my anxiety and panic attacks would help too. I've just about got it under control but we have all of the tricky stages to go through now. :tremble:

Thank you, my dear friends.

Thank you, everyone.

Be sure to aim at the correct price bracket. People usually search in 'tens'.. i.e: 180,000 /240,000 / 360,000 etc.
Getting the offer is the easy bit...it's waiting around to see if it's going through that is painful. :tapnails:

Good point! I think around here you're lucky to even get a sniff at the moment

Why are in-laws such a pain?
DH's Dad, instead of being pleased with our news, told him the house wasn't really sold as we haven't exchanged contracts.
Well, thanks for that dampener dear FIL. :(

:hug2::hug2: Ooooh moving is indeed rough!!Have you started packing yet and where are you going to?

We're just moving to a nicer part of our city. :)
Tomorrow we begin to sort through wardrobes and cupboards. DH insists we are ruthless and part with as much clutter as possible.
I am a born hoarder so that's going to be tricky.

 We moved right before Thanksgiving, we still have the farmhouse but it needs to be purged!!!! This house is much smaller but I love our backyard. In our family my husband is the hoarder, Lord love him but he never throws anything out!! I figure if I haven't needed the stuff by now, I may not need it at all :surrender:

How is your georgous grandson?

He is totally adorable. He has the sort of little face that you just have to kiss.
We were watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse yesterday and he was nattering away at Mickey for ages. Could he be the youngest fan?

Awww and I bet he gets lots of kisses :)

He has good taste at such a young age, chattering to Mickey :)

Are you moving closer to him? I know you're not moving exactly where you want to  but that may come in time

 Yes, he does. I can see a day when he says, "eewww, Grandma, I'm too old for kisses."

Are you moving closer to him?

Unfortunately, we're moving slightly further away. It'll be driving distance rather than walking distance. But luckily I'm going to have him every Wednesday morning when DIL returns to teaching. :wiggle:
