Where do you all buy your dollars from to get the best exchange rate?

If going for a large sum I used to find onlinefx.com gave the best exchange - after the crash a while back the diffrence was so negligable we used our local bank

We always use Thomas Exchange Global

They have a branch at Liverpool Street Station which Jai goes into daily but they also send currency by post

I buy mine from my bank when the exchange rate is favourable and then transfer them to my US bank account.
By this method, the exchange rate is irrelevant when we are over there.
