please tell me that disney really dont cancel reservations if you have two at the same time? people are really worrying me by telling me that I could lose all the reservations? why would they do that anyway?

They can and do, especially with ADRs that are tough to come by. They do this because they have no way of knowing which one you really want and because it really isn't fair to have multiple ADRs for the same time. If you have multiple ADRs that means that someone else can't get one.

I only make rez's online.
I've had a couple situations where I decided to eat somewhere else or needed to change the size of my party.
A prompt popped up and said I already had a rez and asked if I wanted to replace my original rez with the new.
After selecting, yes, I did want to cancel my original rez, the new reservation then cancelled out my old with no problem.
