when does the new part of the magic kingdom open?

Anyone know when the new part of the magic kingdom opens? I've heard it's a right mess at the moment but I'm hoping not :sorry:

I don't believe that the majority of it is to open until 2013.

There was just an article in the Sentinel or somewhere about the Beast's castle almost being done.

When I was there at the end of February, it didn't look like much of anything so they must be hauling b-hind trying to get it open.
