kimonos at the swan/dolphin and shulas?

We've had the swan and dolphin recommended to us for great restaurants especially kimonos and the shulas restaurant.

Anyone got any comments on those two places please?

I have never tried the Shulas in WDW but I have tried the one here in NYC. It is a top notch steakhouse that is a bit expensive, in my opinion it is worth the price if you like a great steak. I imagine the one in WDW is just as good.
