Special assistance card?

We've only just heard about something called a guest special assistance card which can help when a child has special needs? How would our friends go about applying and what will it help them with please?

Just go to guest services at any park and they will assist you. Depending on the attraction and the type of disability you may be allowed to go through a special entrance.
