Just got a call from a client who got a pin code postcard. His offer was for Value resorts for $67 per night October through December. Some restrictions. So there may be something coming out for the general public.

If I get wind I'll let you all know.

You've got plenty of time, I know someone who is going in a couple of months that hasn't made any plans

well you'd think but..... v&a sold out on 24th/25th dec... le cellier hardly anything (although some feeling that this is because theyre being held back for candelight processional packages)

Now... I'm less worried about onsite stuff than every before :) but heck I'd like to eat SOMETHING other than cornflakes on Christmas day

Ya know Keith, for future reference, if you even think you might be going, whether you go or not, you might want to make an online ADR and if you don't go you can always cancel it.

Ah well I normally do but this time I booked through a large travel agent which didnt give me my resort reservation so I wasnt able to do the 180+10. By the time 180 came around it was of course too late.

Now I dont know if v&a has a longer booking window but we hadnt really thought of doing it until now anyway soooooooo

whats a pincard postcard?

Here in the states Disney sends out emails or post card mailings with special promotions just for the recipient. When you call in for the booking the pin number has to match the name otherwise you can't get the discount.

But for me it is an indication that there is something coming as far as discounts. So as soon as I know I'll let everyone know. It will come out on a Sunday and I'll be up at 4 am converting all the reservations from Oct -Dec and there is lots that I have then. So it will be a full pot of coffee morning, but I love it!

It's brilliant to see someone who loves doing the Disney stuff so much

I have actually had a few disney pin codes via email this/last year but since I'm in the UK I never really know if I can get away with using them or not

The only requirement of the pin code is the name has to match the recipient of the mailing.
