which restaurants and events must I pre book with disney?

ok ok I know I have to make ADR reservations 180 days out but what restaurants are the hardest to get? Which events should I be on the phone exactly 180 days for?

It used to be cinderellas royal table, but I've heard le cellier is as bad now and other things like ohanas is hard?

First of all I wouldn't do it on the phone if I were staying on site. I would go online and do it there at the 180 day point from your first ADR and book for 10 days.
