I had an awesome time! The WL was everything that I expected and more. My first night I got a villa (studio) and was quite shocked that it was a 'normal' room with a small sink, microwave, and toaster. Those are the 3 things that must a make a hotel room a villa.
The next day I checked into the actual lodge and had a fabulous room on the 4th floor. My door opened into the lobby and my balcony was right smack in the center of the lodge, which looked down the little creek, past the pool, the geyeser and into the lake. I could see everything from there.
I got plenty of lovely pictures and plan on sharing once I get my card out and loaded onto the computer.
I met/talked to some lovely cast members, especially the lovely lady from inroom dining that sweet talked the chef into allowing me to order a half entree instead of the whole and as well as getting me the nachos from Whispering Canyon, instead of the large 4 person portion the inroom dining advertised.
I also had 2 buses to myself and quite enjoyed speaking with the bus drivers. Two lovely guys. :D One said that Pleasure Island is going to sit for 18 months and then will be turned into more 'family friendly' places.
I ate 13 cocount clusters and loved every bit of them. :tongue0011-1:
I purchased a nice watch from DTD and I'm so excited about it. The face is blue and if you turn it just right you can see Sorcerer Mickey. I looked for Donald, but they only had a guys watch. Gender discriminiation obviously. ;)
And for my only second ride on ToT ever, I was smack dap in the center of the front row, with only one hand thingy. Thank goodness the seat belt.
MK was so super busy and didn't seem to let up at all. But Epcot and MGM, I mean DHS...had some good crowds.
Oh and I was at the right place and right time for a Million Dreams Ears (my second pair) and a Dream Fastpass for Epcot. I enjoyed Mission Space for the first time with it. I definitely went for the green row and loved it completely.
Will share pictures later, am currently trying to pack still for my big move.
