View Full Version : How to avoid florida hair frizz?

Every time I go my hair goes all frizzy as soon as I get out the door

HELPPPPPP what do you do to stop it happening? :( straighteners?

Depends on when you are going - if between June- Sept I'd say that nothing will work during the day as it's so humid but you might get away with using some sort of frizz serum at night.

I usually just go with a ponytail during the day and then do my hair if we are going out at night.

Straighteners won't really help if you use them in the morning as as soon as you go out the humidy will ruin all your hard work.

I would just accept the frizz and let your hair be happy and frizzy :yes:

Brazillian blow wave you wont need straightners at all :)
no amount of humidity makes it frizz and hair stays straight they last anywhere from 8 to 12 weeks :)

I have the opposite problem, my hair is fine and the humidity makes it go limp and look greasy :(

I found Advance Techniques Frizz Control Lotus Shield from Avon helps quite a bit with my hair. It lasts for a couple of washes too.

I have this in my owners closet at the villa :yes: Not used it yet but will give it a go in August

Johnie & Becca commented on how frizz free my hair was when we met them - this is what I'd used.
