What time do Restaurants change from Lunch to Dinner?

I think the prices go up and the menus change at disney once they change from lunch to dinner ? but I dont know what time the restaurants make the change or if its the same time across all of disney?

I'm not absolutely positive but generally around 3:30 or 4:00.
